Mentor Coaching

As your mentor coach, we work on all aspects of coaching together. I will reinforce the International Coach Federation Core Competencies so you will be poised for credentialing if that is your goal. I will guide you through the fascinating and enjoyable journey of building your practice. The sessions are including but not limited to the nuts and bolts of building a coaching practice as well as building your own personal foundation. If you should chose to, some of the sessions may be focused on you and any challenges you may be facing. Some of the sessions will be practical consultation work to make the job of starting and running your coaching practice as smooth, easy, and quick as possible. You decide what best suits your needs and I am available with no agenda to listen and guide through your own self-discovery. I am a seasoned businessman. I am available for you to tap my experience in building a successful, full, and joyful practice while making certain that the individuality of each coach and their coaching style is honored, nurtured, and respected.

Business/Corporate Coaching

I have been an entrepreneur since 1978. I am highly knowledgeable in small business and can offer a large contribution in this arena. I assist in startup business issues as well as cash flow, management, marketing, customer service, leadership and business retention. I have owned and managed large amounts of real estate and can assist in all aspects of buying, selling and financing. I have started up and managed 5 businesses and still operate three of them today. I currently work with CEO's, COO's, CFO's and am an internal coach for a multi-million dollar manufacturing/engineering company. I am able to offer coaching and consulting, or a combination of the two depending on the needs of my clients. My enthusiasm and positive outlook is an asset when clients are unable to see the glass half full. I can provide brainstorming sessions and have an ability to create new ideas that will translate into more enthusiasm and greater energy in your business. I have learned how to help people empower themselves, be their best, and transform into their authentic selves. Aside from being a Professional Certified Coach via The International Coach Federation, I am well versed in Emotional Intelligence (EQ), Non-violent Communications, Leadership Development training, and am a Certified Laser Coach.
